The past few years I have been working on refining and polishing my breadmaking skills. Most recently, I've experimented with the more exotic grains, such as kamut, triticale, amaranth, quinoa, spelt, chia, buckwheat and barley. Right now I am working on mastering sourdough and a gluten free bread.
Right now, I am offering:
*Honey whole wheat (100% whole wheat)
*Honey wheat bread (50/50% whole wheat
*White bread
*Cinnamon bread
All of these breads are available at $6 a loaf.
I also offer:
*Fresh rolled oats 3 lbs. for $7
Fresh oatmeal has an amazing taste compared to Quaker oats, people who have previously disliked oatmeal have tried mine and like it. After 3 days most of the vitamins and nutrients oxidize out of the oatmeal in addition to the removal of the invaluable oils and nutrients which occurs during the milling process.
